Giordano de Guglielmo Receives the RSA 2026 AREC Annual Award
The AREC Annual Award recognizes individuals who demonstrate outstanding commitment to the ethical, rigorous, and humane conduct of alcohol-related animal research. The award highlights not only scientific excellence but also the responsibility and care with which research is conducted and the essential contribution of animals to advancing our understanding of Alcohol Use Disorder. In the same event, Dr. Susan Tapert from our Department of Psychiatry was awarded the Distinguished Investigator Award, and we are super happy for this achievement.
